"When I was 13, I found myself thrown into navigating the mental health system. To be honest, It was confusing, challenging, and flat-out terrifying at times. Having lived experience with mental health, I truly know what it's like to be in the shoes of a client.

I realized that I wanted to be a therapist in the middle of my undergrad degree. I've always known I wanted to work within healthcare, but it took failing first year chemistry to realize that the medical sciences weren't for me. Cue my pivot into psychology—I fell in love with psychological theory and human behaviour. Fast-forward to today, I am wildly passionate about mental health, holistic healthcare, and exploring all elements of a person. I believe we are far more than *just* our mental or physical health.

Between sessions, I am a true nature-girl at heart; you'll find me on local trails, planning my next camping trip, or at a nearby greenhouse buying a new plant-baby. I am a cat mom of two (Kenzo & Meeko), daughter, partner, sister, and friend. I love thrift shopping, long-distance running, and yoga. I am deeply spiritual and passionate about bridging western empirical theories with "woo-woo" spiritually. I get it, I promise.

Beyond that, I am really just a girl trying to make the world a bit of a brighter place. Join me, as we walk towards the light together."
