Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker (1+ Years Experience)
Location: Hamilton (in-person and virtual therapy across Ontario)
We are currently accepting applications for a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our growing team at Noia Wellness. This role is ideal for a clinician who is grounded, collaborative, and committed to providing thoughtful, trauma-informed care.

You are a therapist with at least one year of post-masters clinical experience who values a holistic, human approach to therapy. You bring warmth, curiosity, and a strong clinical foundation to your work. You love supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, life transitions, and nervous system dysregulation. You feel energized working with Gen Z and Millennial clients and enjoy integrating evidence-based modalities with a deeper, whole-person perspective.

We are looking for someone who is:
Trauma-informed and grounded in ethical, client-centered practice
Comfortable integrating cognitive and somatic therapies
Skilled in CBT, DBT, ACT, or other evidence-based approaches
Familiar with parts-based work (IFS or parts-informed therapy)
Engaged in nervous-system and body-based strategies
Open to holistic, nature-informed, or mindfulness-based work
Warm, professional, and aligned with high-quality psychotherapy standards in Ontario
Experience in nature-based walk and talk therapy is a bonus

Provide individual therapy or couples therapy to clients in Hamilton and across Ontario
Support clients navigating anxiety, stress, perfectionism, trauma, identity questions, and relationship patterns
Offer both in-person sessions at our Hamilton office and virtual psychotherapy sessions through our secure platform (Jane)
Contribute to a collaborative team environment where authenticity and compassion guide the work
Participate in occasional professional-development and team meetings

Front Desk Support: Provide exceptional support to our Psychotherapy practice, assisting with client bookings, payments, and managing intake & consent forms.
Client Interaction: Welcome clients to the office, answer client calls and emails, and process payments at the end of sessions with professionalism and compassion.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, including follow-ups on payments, securing payment information, and uploading secure documents. Manage booking software, including schedules and treatments offered. Pulling reports and keeping online booking system managed.
Office Maintenance: Keep the office area organized, manage office supplies, and maintain clinical files.
Social Media Management: Manage Noia Wellness social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) creating trendy and relatable content.

You will excel if you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and promote the vision of the clinic.
You must be extremely organized, thinking 10 steps ahead, with the ability to see the big picture with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You have a passion for helping others, as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients.
You are able to use technology platforms, such as Google Workspace Apps, JaneApp (training provided)

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in Client Care and Customer Service, preferably in a medical office at the front desk.
Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are welcome!

Dynamic, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, proactively, and well under pressure.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and compassionately.
Confidence in sharing ideas and constructive feedback to help us grow.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and keeping promises.
Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Drive Suite, Gmail, Dropbox, Mac, and Windows.
Knowledge of JaneApp is an asset.
An appetite for innovation and simplicity with a strong process orientation.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a talented team.
