We believe nervous system regulation is key to effective therapy because it helps us understand how our bodies respond to stress and emotions. Emily Grunthal B.A.Sc., M.Psy., is the founder of Noia Wellness and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She primarily works with people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, who are working through anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and nervous system burnout.
