I work with athletes, students, and high performers who are used to pushing themselves—on the field, in the classroom, and in life—but may be feeling anxious or unsure of who they are beyond their achievements. You might love your sport and still feel overwhelmed by the pressure to perform. Maybe your mind won’t slow down before competition, you replay mistakes long after the game ends, or your confidence feels inconsistent. You might be navigating injuries, burnout, perfectionism, or the fear of letting others down. Balancing performance goals with your evolving identity can feel isolating—but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I offer a warm, supportive, and affirming space where we can explore both the mental side of performance and the deeper parts of identity and self-worth. Together, we’ll work on practical tools to manage performance anxiety, quiet self-doubt, & build resilience—while also making space to unpack questions around identity, belonging, and purpose.
I value authenticity, safety, and connection—and I always leave room for humour and humanity. My goal is to help you feel grounded and confident not just in your performance, but in who you are as a whole person—on and off the field.
Outside of the therapy space, I am an avid hiker and love all things outdoors. I played competitive soccer for over ten years and still love to play, and recently fell in love with yoga! I’m a dog lover, fantasy and sci-fi reader, and amateur history buff.
