CBT & DBT

ACT & Mindfulness

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings—not by fighting them, but by making space for them while focusing on what matters. Combined with mindfulness and values-based work, this approach supports clarity, calm, and purpose—even during uncertain or challenging times.

IFS & Parts Work

Internal Family Systems (IFS), or “parts work,” is a gentle, powerful approach to understanding the different voices within you. It’s based on the idea that we all have inner parts—like the perfectionist, or the inner critic—and that healing happens when we get curious about them rather than pushing them away.

Somatic Approaches
