Narrative
"Thank you for having made it here today. It takes honesty and courage to say, "This isn't working anymore". Acknowledging what pains us, braving to share it, and daring to hope – they are the seeds for all healing and change. As your therapist, my mission is to help us grow those seeds into gardens; colourful, resilient, and full of life. I see our therapeutic space as a sanctuary, a warm place by the fire where we don’t have to impress, to minimize or put on a brave face for anyone else. I care as much about your hurts as I do your strengths, your uniqueness, and the wisdom of your scars. I blend many of the latest evidence-based modalities with the richness of eastern and western spiritual traditions, placing you and our alliance at the centre of our work. Having done my clinical training in community mental health, I have walked with our most vulnerable populations through untold hardships - spanning myriad presentations of anxieties, depression, couple’s conflict, strained relationships, school and career challenges, social isolation, childhood traumas, grief, spiritual questions and so much more. I am passionate about making therapy accessible and affordable to all, and I bring a fountain of strength, experience, and compassion that I owe to the many brave souls that have shared their journeys with me.
In our sessions, you can expect a refreshing sense of authenticity and curiosity, sprinkled with moments of insight, humour, and caring challenges that will invite the best in you. We will celebrate your highs and regroup on our lows, always moving at the speed of trust. When the time feels right, I’m here to welcome all of you. I can’t wait for us to meet you.
Outside of sessions, I am a storyteller at heart. You can find me running Dungeons & Dragons campaigns and catching up on psychological TV shows and anime — Severance and Arcane are recent favourites. I love spending time in nature, whether it's camping, hiking, biking or playing a game of tennis. I recharge spending quality time with family and friends… until my inner introvert kicks in and needs a break. This is when I enjoy dabbling in poetry, getting lost in open-world video games, and adding more books to a library I'll likely never finish. I am continually fascinated by the spiritual and religious dimensions of life, and the rich conversations happening between cutting-edge science and ancient wisdom traditions that seek to make sense of the world and most importantly, help us find our place within it."
